We’re reaching out to all animal lovers’ right across Ireland to take part in a 5k May event to help us rescue lots more animals and find them loving new homes.
Throughout the month of May, we’re inviting you to do a ‘5k your way’, to donate €5 and to ask 5 of your friends to also take part. It’s a fun and easy way to support the ISPCA.
How to take part?
- Anytime during May, complete a 5k challenge your way! You can run, walk, roll, cycle, or even hack! Or any other activity over a €5k distance!
- Donate €5 to the ISPCA here.
- Invite 5 of your friends to take part too, remembering to tag us on Facebook and Instagram so we can share!
- Please remember to follow all HSE guidelines at the time of completing the 5k May event.
