About Leasha

Leasha is a sweet 2 to 3 year old Terrier who instantly captured the hearts of some of our volunteers. We know she has previously had pups and also bears the tell-tale markings as having had a tough start in life. She can be a bit reactive towards some dogs so perhaps became defensive when protecting pups. We think she is best suited to being the only dog in the home. Leasha is content to wait for attention, is approachable, friendly, good with adults and children and an easy walker on the lead. Leasha is a quiet girl and very deserving of a nice new home.

The member society or animal centre will give you information on adopting an animal, including the cost, and can help you fill out the right forms.

Meet him/her

Following an assessment to match you with the right pet, you can meet the animals and reserve the animal you like.

Step Four

Show us around

A home visit will then be carried out to check your home is suitable for the pet you have chosen.

Step Five

Welcome your new best friend

When all the paperwork and checks are complete – you can take your new pet home! A follow up visit is usually carried out to make sure you and your new pet are happy!
