Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

Open to residents aged 18 and over. Employees of ISPCA and Mars Petcare, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Fee

Each entry requires a €5 fee.

3. Prize:

One winner will receive a year’s supply of pet food for either one dog or one cat, provided by Mars Petcare. The type and quantity of food will be determined based on the pet’s needs. Mars Petcare has kindly agreed to deliver the prize directly to the winner’s home nationwide in Ireland.

4. Submission Period:

Entries will be accepted from August 22nd 2024, to October 3^rd2024.

5. Winner Selection:

The winner will be chosen by a random draw via iDonate and announced on October 4, 2024, World Animal Day.

8. Notification:

The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

9. Usage Rights:

By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow ISPCA and Mars Petcare to send them materials only in relation to this competition.

10. Data Protection:

Personal information collected during the raffle will be used solely for the purposes of administering the raffle and in accordance with ISPCA’s privacy policy.

11. General:

ISPCA reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the raffle at any time without notice. The decision of ISPCA in all matters relating to the raffle is final.
