Misty & Maya: A Perfect Pair of Opposites

Today's Happy Tail is from Mary, who adopted Misty and Maya two years ago.

Today's Happy Tail is from Mary, who adopted Misty and Maya two years ago.

Here is how they are both getting on in their forever home:

“I got my two female cats Misty and Maya about 2 years ago. They are so different in personality. Misty is very much a house cat. Her favourite position is sitting on a blanket on my knees!! Weather permitting she will venture out for short periods of time . her only exercise is running after our neighbourโ€˜s cat!

Maya is on the other hand is a very independent cat and will only choose to sit with me when it suits her. She behaves like most cats going out hunting at night and spending a lot of the day snoozing either on a bed in the house or on a chair. Unfortunately neither cats sleep in their kennels in the garage!!!

They are good company as I live on my own and excellent at controlling the mice population in our rural environment. I would certainly recommend having a cat as a pet!”

We would like to give a huge thank you to Mary for sending us this lovely update on how Misty and Maya are getting on!
