Missing Cat
Pepper was last seen on Thursday 24/04 in front of the Taxaco petrol station on Rochestown Avenue in Dun Laoghaire.
The staff said that someone from the council took him but the council said that they only rescue dogs.
He is a really good and friendly cat.
