From Shy to Playful: Sophie's Journey to Becoming Part of the Family

Today's Happy Tail is from Annette who adopted Sophie last August.

Today's Happy Tail is from Annette who adopted Sophie last August.

Here is how Sophie is getting on:

“She has gradually come out of her shell and is a very cuddly companion, which is exactly what we were hoping for.

Most recently, she has been playing chasing with us in the garden.

She often demands this, giving a little “yip!” when I ask if that’s why she’s staring at me and banging her tail against the sofa.

When we go to the park she sniffs other dogs and wants to play.

Sometimes she’s even the one who frightens them a bit, despite being half their size!

She’s a far cry from the shaking bag of nerves who hid behind a pot plant when we brought her home last August.

Thank you all for finding her for us. She’s one of the family now!”

We would like to give a huge thank you to Annette, Johnny, Maria and Michael for giving us this lovely update on how Sophie is getting on! 💙
