Here’s how they’re both getting on at their Forever Homes:
“Hi we adopted our Lurcher EmmyLou in 2020 ,just at the start of lockdown, and we adopted our whippet Zoey (Formerly Fudge) in 2023.
Both are fantastic and have settled in and are best friends. EmmyLou had suffered severely in her former life and it took over 2 years for her to come round fully to trust people and we then adopted Zoey to help with the next stage of Emmys progress and it has worked out fantastic.
Zoey is the total opposite and not only is she now Emmys friend she’s everybody’s best friend and has brought EmmyLou out of her box. Lurchers and Whippets make fantastic pets and we are so lucky to have them in our life.”
