Here is how Barley is getting on at his Forever Home:
“Barley has been living with us since January 1st. As soon as he spotted his gigantic bed in our kitchen, he settled right in and we can’t remember life without him.
When we went to meet him, we were expecting an ambling, senior dog but at the age of seven, he still has loads of puppy energy.
He loves his walks and has made many friends, both canine and human, at the local dog park.
He’s a sleepy, calm boy and is happiest when cuddling and snoozing on the couch with someone (truly, anyone!).
He’s definitely more confident and cheeky since learning he’s found his forever home; unguarded slices of pizza are no longer safe!
We are just delighted that he’s relaxing though. Barley is a dream dog and we are so grateful that we took a chance on him – and the feeling appears to be mutual!”
