About Stella:Applications Closed

This beautiful 5 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier is called Stella. Currently in a foster home, Stella adores people and is used to sharing her home with other animals. She is a bouncy and happy girl and will be a lovely family pet. We are looking for an experienced home without young children for Stella. The Irish Control of Dogs Act dictates that she will have to be muzzled when in public so it is essential that her new owner is prepared to train her to wear one. Stella is a clever girl who will learn quickly.

Stella is microchipped 972274200532074, has been vaccinated and has received the usual preventative flea/worm treatments. It is a condition of her adoption that she be spayed when she is of age. The cost of this is included in the adoption fee provided the procedure is carried out at a Veterinary Practice where we hold an account.

Stella:Applications Closed is currently in the care of Kildare and West Wicklow SPCA

The Process

The adoption process at the ISPCA is designed to ensure the best possible match between animals and their prospective adopters.

Step One
Contact us

Contact the member society or animal centre and arrange to visit them. To save time you can complete an application form online, directly from the animal page.

Step Two
Get all the info

The member society or animal centre will give you information on adopting an animal, including the cost, and can help you fill out the right forms.

Step Three
Meet him/her

Following an assessment to match you with the right pet, you can meet the animals and reserve the animal you like.

Step Four
Show us around

A home visit will then be carried out to check your home is suitable for the pet you have chosen.

Step Five
Welcome your new best friend

When all the paperwork and checks are complete – you can take your new pet home! A follow up visit is usually carried out to make sure you and your new pet are happy!
