About Jude

Jude is a wonderful girl who has been in ISPCA care 3 years. One of our longest residents, Jude has been overlooked and turned down based on her size and her initially shy temperament. However, once given the chance to get to know you, she is incredibly excitable, affectionate and lovable. She is much more confident when she is with another dog and can follow their lead but would prefer a home with no cats. She would ideally prefer a quieter home with fewer unknown faces passing through and in a more rural area where there would be less traffic and noise. Jude is a typical case of needing a patient and loving home as there is no doubt that in time she would come around in the right environment as she has with the staff and volunteers in the centre. She is good on the lead once she knows you well, and enjoys a run around and the odd dip in the pond.

Jude is fully vaccinated and spayed.

If you think you can give Jude a loving home fill in an application form, call 0879950458 or email [email protected] for more information!

The Process

The adoption process at the ISPCA is designed to ensure the best possible match between animals and their prospective adopters.

Step One
Contact us

Contact the member society or animal centre and arrange to visit them. To save time you can complete an application form online, directly from the animal page.

Step Two
Get all the info

The member society or animal centre will give you information on adopting an animal, including the cost, and can help you fill out the right forms.

Step Three
Meet him/her

Following an assessment to match you with the right pet, you can meet the animals and reserve the animal you like.

Step Four
Show us around

A home visit will then be carried out to check your home is suitable for the pet you have chosen.

Step Five
Welcome your new best friend

When all the paperwork and checks are complete – you can take your new pet home! A follow up visit is usually carried out to make sure you and your new pet are happy!
