About Jenny

Jenny is a fab lady looking for a quiet home where she will be the focus of attention and therefore would prefer no other pets or kids in the home. However, she is quite happy to walk alongside other dogs on her daily outings and have some supervised play with tolerant dogs as she can play a bit rough and tumble. She loves people and is very affectionate, loving a cuddle. She is one of the NAC’s two longest residents and will be 3 years in ISPCA care come March 2025. She would really like to find her forever home before reaching this milestone.

Jenny is typically well behaved, enjoys her zoomies before passing out for a nap and really enjoys human company. She doesn’t make strange at new people and always has a waggy tail. She is happy to go out for long walks but also doesn’t expect them daily and is happy for the odd lazy day. She is spayed, vaccinated and ready for her forever home.

The Process

The adoption process at the ISPCA is designed to ensure the best possible match between animals and their prospective adopters.

Step One
Contact us

Contact the member society or animal centre and arrange to visit them. To save time you can complete an application form online, directly from the animal page.

Step Two
Get all the info

The member society or animal centre will give you information on adopting an animal, including the cost, and can help you fill out the right forms.

Step Three
Meet him/her

Following an assessment to match you with the right pet, you can meet the animals and reserve the animal you like.

Step Four
Show us around

A home visit will then be carried out to check your home is suitable for the pet you have chosen.

Step Five
Welcome your new best friend

When all the paperwork and checks are complete – you can take your new pet home! A follow up visit is usually carried out to make sure you and your new pet are happy!
