About Chester

Chester is the most lovable, 2 year old, male Collie you’ll ever meet! He is such a well-behaved boy at our Shelter who delights in meeting people and dogs. Always with a waggy tail to greet you in anticipation of a gentle belly rub, Chester is such an easy dog to have around the place. He adores his walks taking in all the great smells and is content to wait his turn for our Volunteer’s attention. Chester really is a beauty who will make a fabulous family pet. Unfortunately we don’t know how he is with cats.

Chester has been neutered, is microchipped 981098109048949, has been vaccinated and has received the usual preventative flea/worm treatments.

The member society or animal centre will give you information on adopting an animal, including the cost, and can help you fill out the right forms.

Meet him/her

Following an assessment to match you with the right pet, you can meet the animals and reserve the animal you like.

Step Four

Show us around

A home visit will then be carried out to check your home is suitable for the pet you have chosen.

Step Five

Welcome your new best friend

When all the paperwork and checks are complete – you can take your new pet home! A follow up visit is usually carried out to make sure you and your new pet are happy!
